SLC visit

I was so excited to go home for a visit.  We hadnt been up there since Christmas, so this was much needed!!!

It started off with going to my little brother Nathans soccer game.  Nix yelled "GO NAY GO!" basically the whole game :)

next we went to the zoo!!! Nix was so excited :) we had been talking lots about the zoo so hes been way excited:)  he loves animals!

This was my favorite!  The gorilla was eating grass when we saw him and Nix yells down to him " NO EAT" "CA-CA" (yucky) haha everyone around us started laughing it was so funny :)

Polar bear with Nay and grandma. We got there when they were feeding them, it was awesome.  They would throw a fish in the water and the polar bear would dive in and grab it in their mouth.

Nixons favorite... the otters! Or as he called it, "fish" haha if you said otter he'd get mad :)

Nix had lots of these pics taken.  With all my family their everyone was taken pics of him, by the end of the day when we would say, "say cheese" he would yell "CHEESE!" all angry haha

Nix seriously ran the whole zoo!  On the way out he finally let Danny hold him, and was sound asleep moments later.

Cruze slept the whole zoo trip :) what a trouper!  He finally woke up in the car and was one happy camper!

We ended out our busy day with The Pie Pizzaria :) YUM!!

Nix LOVES grandmas house... tons of toys! Especially all the cars, balls and Buzz and Woodys.  This was the best :) he slept in it that night! He wouldnt take it off.

My sister's dog had puppies so we spent lots of time out their playing with them! Nix loved them! I can't believe I didnt get any photos :( but i did get this one, Nix wanted to play basketball with the big boys so bad! haha he was waiting for a break so danny would lift him up to dunk :) he's all boy!

I can't believe how fast my little Cru is growing up! The first few weeks this little guy was quite fussy. Which was rough cause Nix was such a perfect baby. We were wondering what we got ourselves into ;) but he's simmered down a ton! He's a very happy content little guy, unless he's hungry or needs a diaper change... Then all hell brakes loose :) we love him so much! Especially his big brother. Nix absolutely loves him! Whenever he starts crying nix runs to find a binky, asks him"ok?" And sings "bye-bye" aka rock-a-bye :) it's seriously the cutest :) I just love these boys of mine!

 He has the scowl down just like Nix :) my boys get this look from me! Just ask Danny ;)

I absolutely love this boy! I can't get enough of him.  I love watching him learn and discover new things. He's getting so good at holding his head up, cooing and of course smiling :)

Nix LOVES to play outside. So winter is a little rough. The past few weeks have been hot! A few days even reaching the low to mid 90's. which means AC and playing in the water :)

 Nix usually ends up like this :) pure freedom!

 Whenever he swims he has to have every ball we own in the swimming pool, this kid always has a ball with him!

Point proven ;)

 Nix loves when Danny plays with him in the pool. With both of them and all of nix balls, there is little to no room for the water to go. :)

Nix  got his first ice cream from the ice cream man... He LOVED it! He got a Spider-Man ice cream aka "man". He didn't want to eat him. He wanted to play with him :) everytime he would lick him or have a bite he would say "HEY!" Like Spider-Man was made at him for having a taste of him. Haha he's so funny :)

My sister Tia got Nix this sweet sprinkler for his b day. It shoots balls out of the center and Nix LOVEs it! :)

My sweet little Cruze :) he's NOT a fan of being hot :) takes after him mom! Pretty soon he'll be out theirs with nix playing in the water :)
